Over 30 Years Butchery Experience

Jason Bradley is an experienced butcher with an unwavering passion for meat and local produce. From apprentice to shop owner, Jason has always strived for the highest quality and consistency and is a keen advocate of the traditional butchery methods.

As an apprentice at the well renowned Beaman and Sons butchers in Bridgnorth, Jason sought to further expand his knowledge and experience by opening a shop in Spain. This led to an insight into continental cuisines and tastes that can only be acquired first hand.

After 7 years in Spain, Jason returned to Shropshire and to Beaman’s and took on the second Beaman’s butchers shop in Low Town, Bridgnorth. This allowed him to further explore the intricacies of the butchery trade and working in a shop established in 1890, the appreciation for tradition and development was evident.

Still a major part of the Bridgnorth shop, Jason always felt that Shrewsbury was the right place to go next and with this, Bradley’s Butchers and Delicatessen opened in Spring 2019.

Many local suppliers have contacted us to be a part of our incredible store. From alcohol to bread, vegetables to chocolate, we are more than happy to support and stock local Shropshire (in many cases as local as Shrewsbury) produce. We are fiercely proud to be more than ‘just’ a butchers.
